will be open on Monday 25thJunefrom 12:00 to 18:00 in the meeting room Tábor close to the hotel´s reception, where the USPE Technical Delegate Mr. Ole Jacobsen will check all necessary ducuments: the personal identity cards or passports, the professional cards, the Anti-doping declaration and the Declaration of participation in the USPE EPC. The treasurer of the LOC will check payments of the participation fees and payments for guests.
All foreign teams (the players, attendants,delegates, guests and officials of the USPE) are accommodated in the Olšankahotel***see www.hotelolsanka.cz This hotel is located about 30 – 35 minutes by car from the Prague airportandabout 10 minutes from the city centre(Wenceslas Square). The distance to the 4 different football fields is about 20 – 30 minutes by car. All the referees are accommodated in Spiritka see https://www.zsmv.cz/ubytovani/spiritka/
The official cateringin the Olšanka hotel restaurant begins with dinner on Monday 25thJune in the time 18:00 – 19:45 !, the last meal will be the breakfast on departure day. Meal times for teams during the entire time of tournament

from Olšanka hotel to the stadiums will be provided by buses and by cars. Departure point is just about 5 minutes on foot from the hotel – in Olšanská street opposite the petrol station. Team guides know well where it is.

will be held on Monday 25thJune 20:00 at the Congress Hall of the Olšanka hotel. All players and two officials (attendants) of each team will take part in the gala opening; one person per team has to wear the police uniform of their respective country. All the teams are asked to be ready for the official opening ceremony in the foyer of the Congress Hall at 19:45!
will be held just after the opening ceremony in the Exposition room near the congress hall from 21:15. Each team will be represented by 2 (two) persons and its team guide. In the next days (on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday) a BRIEFING at 20:00 will be always held in the tournament office – in the meeting room Tábor.
TEAM GUIDE (TG)
Every team will be supervised by a TG.TG assist in all logistics and support in allquestions. TG accompanies his/her respective team for training, for matches, he/she provides also balls for warm–up, sponzor´s mineral water, laundry washing, etc.
Training 90 minutes will be provided to teams with earlier arrivals. These are teams UK and Ireland. Their training will take place on Monday morning.
in the groups will take place at four different football fields. A group matches are always starting in the morning at 10:00 and B group matches are always starting in the afternoon at 16:00. Both the semi–final matches will be played on Saturday in the morning;the matches for the final position at 5th– 8th place will be played on Saturday afternoon. Each player must be equipped with footwear for both natural and artificial grass ! In the case of adverse weather conditions the matches shall take place on artificial lawn.
Considering the challenging nature of the tournament (five matches in six days) the organizer expected a great interest in using the opportunity of regeneration in the hotel´s sport centre. The organizer is very surprised that there is no interest. However, perhaps some team will still be interested in swimming, the sauna world or in using massage room. The organizer reminds that during the week stay each participant can use one hour of swimming – free of charge.
One set(an undershirt, shorts, knee-highs) can be ensured for each team after every match in the group and then after Saturday and Sunday matches too. This service will be available at own expenses of each team. The team uniforms must be handed over to the reception s vcongress hall right after returning to the hotel after the morning match by 13:00 ; after the afternoon match by 19:00.
First aid and medicare will be provided by the organizer at all four football fields (Ambulance)

will be provided on Friday in the morning or in the afternoon according to the wishes of teams TG will ask her team what time is the best for visiting Prague.
How to get to the historical centre of Prague individually
It is very easy. Tram stop Olsanske namesti (Olsanske square) is right outside the hotel. To go to the Prague centre you need to take tram N°9 directly to Václavsské máměstí (Wenceslas Square) five tram stops; the needed time of transportation only 10 minutes; or by tram N°5 or N°26 to náměstí republiky (the Republic Square), also 5 stops, 10 min. ride. 1 (one) ticket for the city public transport costs 24 Czech crowns (about 0,90 EUR).
